Rounds now go up and down with minus and plus. Role Draft, Mystery Auction, Perfect Anime Draft and Build a Character get a length too: roles each, team size, parts or traits. The money scales with it, so the classic games stay $20 and $15.
Patch notes
28 October 2026
Fixes and options from your feedback: Guess Who plays more like the board game, every game has a length you can set, and the host can switch games without breaking up the party.
Added
A second way to score: the closest guess on either side of the target wins and nobody busts.
With 3 or more players, everyone picks Team Pink, Team Blue or Any team in the party lobby.
A log of the questions you asked and what the table answered, for the card you hold now. Only you can see it.
The host can stop a game from the back arrow and go back to the game list. Everyone stays in the party.
Changed
- Anime Guess Who: ask your own question on any turn (the other side answers it), or one of the 3 question cards. You flip cards down yourself, like the board game.
- Anime Guess Who: pick your character and blind guess, then tap Ready. You can change them until you're ready, and there's no clock on picking.
- "Play again" is now "Pick the next game", since it goes back to setup.
- Feedback: pick which game it's about, and write as much as you like. Our email, play@draftparty.me, is now in the feedback form, in Settings and at the bottom of the home page.
- Thicker timer bars, and on the Ready screen only the Change button changes a choice.
Fixed
- Flipped Guess Who cards showed a mirror image of the character. They now show the back of the card.

New ways to play, timers you can set, race mode and a few fixes. Everything that changed is below. Want the rules? How to play.
Added
$20 each to build the perfect anime from parts of real ones: Main Character, Power System, Villain, Signature Move, Opening and Ending. Win a part and you sit out the rest of that category. Curses like "40% of the episodes are filler" pay you to take them. Ends with a vote on which anime you'd actually watch.
Name the #N on a real AniList ranking: most popular, highest rated, the 2010s, since 2020, movies, manga and most-loved characters. Everyone guesses in secret and going over busts. Bullseye is 5 points, then 3, 2 and 1 for the closest. Double Down once per game.
24-character boards. Before any question, both sides lock in a blind guess at the other's pick for 2 points. Each turn you draw 3 question cards and ask one; the game answers from the character data. One free question per game. No timers, and teams with 3 or more players.
Everyone sees your character except you. Ask yes or no questions about yourself; the others tap Yes, No or Kinda. A Kinda majority earns a free question. Stuck after 5 questions? Hot seat: everyone gives you a one-word hint.
$15 for the ride, the driver, the DJ and the destination.
The anime's final boss sits out the draft and sets a team power to beat.
Every lot gets a stat line, a canon group, two traits or a story clue.
First to the set number of characters wins. Streaks ("3 in a row") and a "One clue!" badge.
Fast, Normal, Relaxed (1.5 times longer) or Chill (twice as long).
Changed
- Longer timers by default: guessing in Who Am I? is 35 seconds (was 25), guessing in Anime Imposter is 40 (was 30), voting is 60 (was 45), and auction bids are 10 (was 8).
- Rounds can be set on the setup screen: Who Am I? (3, 5, 7 or 10), Anime Imposter (2, 3 or 5), Closest Without Going Over (3, 5, 7 or 10), Anime Guess Who (1, 3 or 5), and Forehead (characters to win).
Fixed
- Rooms left open in a tab for 3 or more hours could keep the server busy. Idle rooms now close properly.
- Typing the wrong birth year on a phone could lock you out of making an account on that device. The game now shows the year back and asks "Is that right?" before anything locks.
