Terms of use
Last updated 12 October 2026
Draft Party is a free, fan-made anime party game run by Muhammad Zain Raza, an individual developer based in Malaysia, called "I" or "me" below. By playing, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
Who can play
- Anyone can play as a guest.
- You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you're under 18, check with a parent or guardian first.
Play fair and be kind
- Pick a nickname that isn't offensive, hateful, sexual, pretending to be someone else (including me, a "host" or "admin"), or someone's personal information.
- Don't cheat, use bots, flood parties, spam feedback, or try to break, overload or get around the game's limits and security.
- I can rename a nickname, remove a leaderboard entry, kick someone from the game, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, usually without warning when it protects other players.
Your account
- Accounts are optional. One account per person; keep your Google account secure, because it's how you sign in.
- You can delete your account any time in Settings → Account, or at draftparty.me/delete-account.
Anime characters and names
Draft Party is unofficial and fan-made. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any studio, publisher or rights holder. Character names, series names and any artwork belong to their owners. Tiers, stats and clues are fan opinions for fun, not official facts. If you own rights to something in the game and want it changed or removed, email play@draftparty.me and I'll act quickly.
The game's own code, design, mascot (Kida) and text belong to me.
No guarantees
Draft Party is free and provided "as is". I try to keep it running and fair, but I can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that progress or leaderboards will never be lost. I may change, pause or stop the game or any feature at any time.
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the game, and my total liability for anything related to it is limited to the amount you paid to use it (which is nothing). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Feedback
If you send feedback or ideas, I can use them to improve the game, without owing you anything for them.
Privacy
How your data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes and law
If these terms change, I'll update the date at the top, and announce big changes in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without taking away protections your own country's law gives you.
